Congratulations to the NHS Winter Guard and Rachel Furner
for their outstanding competition season. In every event they participated in a school/district record was broken. This past Saturday at the NTCA championships they finished “on the podium” for the first time. Not only did they earn the bronze medal, but also were promoted to Class A for the 2012-2013 school year. This new classification is a tremendous step up for the program. Here is a summary of the contests and placement:
